l am Mr. Kabir,l writing this letter to you with honour,and hereby calling your attention to look into the authority highlighting the necessity to change the current laws on the use of groundwater.

The groundwater is what most of the communities depend on, and nowadays many people are digging borehole in other to have groundwater but we discovered the groundwater in our locality is decreasing.

The effect of many boreholes has course low spring of water in the community because many people are digging the borehole beyond the limits.

l, therefore, suggest that laws should be pass to regulate the conservative groundwater.

l will be grateful if my suggestion is deeply considered.
