Hi, I hope you are fit and fine. I am fine too. I got a call last night from your father that your exams are coming and you are studying really hard for long hours. I want to suggest that you should take frequent breaks in between so that you get refreshed. Due to long hour sitting in one posture you can get tired easily which leads to backache. The use of white light should be used, it is good for studying purposes. It is good for the eyes. The sodium light i.e yellow light is not good for the eyes and it is also generating a lot of heat energy. Hope you will follow my advice. All the best for your examinations. Try to cover all the syllabus one week before and then revise it. Lots of love to the family.
