Dear Sir:

I on behalf of the residents of Model Town Extension write to avail the Mobile Library facility in our area during any day of the week. Most of the children living here belong to families who have instilled reading habits in them. Unfortunately, there is no library in our area. We have written an application to the Mayor to provide a permanent library in Model Town Extension. However, it will take some time for the library to be constructed.

Until the permanent arrangements are made,  the Mobile Library Service can be started. Kindly start it as early as possible as we don’t want our children to waste their precious time in watching TV or using internet. Reading is the most essential skill that helps children develop many other skills such as reasoning, imagination, focus, confidence, discipline, etc. All the residents are expecting a prompt response from your side.
