Sir,
I placed an order for 15 (fifteen) books on 16th June 2021 and I received a parcel from your publishing company after a week. However, on opening the parcel I was surprised to notice that the books were not the ones I asked for.
Therefore, I am returning the parcel of books sent to me. I request you to replace the wrong books as early as possible.
