Reference my order No. 10 dated 4th Oct., XX requesting your firm to sent me a set of books. It is a very sad affair on your part that the packing department has sent me wrong books which are quite useless for me.

Hence, I am returning the books along with the photocopy of my original order.

You are requested to send the books ordered correctly at your earliest, and ask your employees to work carefully. The V.P.P. charges would be borne by your firm.

I want to pay attention to M/s Sultan Publishing House that the books that the books which I have ordered were not those you have sent. I wanted books of some knowledge books. But I have got story books. Please give my books and I will return it to you. And if you can't give my books then please refund my money.
