With a lot of disappointment, I would like to register my complaint about the poor picture quality of the movie which recently I went to watch. I was very disappointed to get such a service from the reputed group. Also, the cleanliness in the hall was of very poor service. I hope that through my complaint these issues would be resolved.

Subject: Poor service received at the cinema
Sir:
I along with my family came to your cinema on July 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to watch movie Spiderman: Far from home. We found the quality of service provided by your cinema to be very poor. The picture quality of the movie was very poor. We were shocked to see the litter in the aisles and under the chairs. The chairs were awfully dirty. I felt I wasted my money and time by opting to watch movie at your cinema. I would like to advise you to look into this complaint and see what you can do to recompense me. I have made a video of the litter and the poor picture quality of the screen. I am planning to send the videos to consumer court. I hope you will look into it and do the needful.
