I regret to draw your kind attention to the nuisance of stray dogs in our locality. I also request you to take some remedial steps to end the problem.
Pacca Danga has become a favorite spot for stray dogs. One can always see them moving through the streets in large numbers. They growl and howl at one another. Children and women feel scared. Strangers and visitors avoid coming to this area. The stray dogs fight during the afternoons and nights and disturb the peace of the area. Sometimes, they even kill each other during the fighting. Their number is growing day by day. The other day a child was badly bitten by a stray dog. He has been admitted to a hospital.
Kindly do spare some time to see the situation for yourself to know the seriousness of the problem. You will earn the gratitude of the residents of the area if you take steps to put an end to this menace.

The gangs of dogs often get involved in fierce wars. These fierce dogs pose serious threats to the safety of residents, especially children playing in the streets and parks. A few children have already been bitten by these dogs. I on behalf of the residents appeal to you to look into. Kindly relieve us of these dogs by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals. We shall be grateful.
