I am sorry to inform you that we were very unhappy with the quality of the sports goods sent. Being such a reputed company in selling sports goods we never expected such low-quality goods from your company.

The hurdles are broken and bent in many places. Most of the basketballs have small holes in them and the dumbells also looked used.

I would be grateful if you could make arrangements for the return of these sports goods and please return the entire amount back of these goods.
