Dear honourable Minister

I write this letter, not because I am trying to pursue, introduce an Idea or put my idea against the current ideas or any idea for that matter. I am not against anything or for it. I am more concerned with only facts and actualities. As far as my slender ability allows I will not concern you with anything less than a matter of great importance in this letter. I wish to emphasise that I intend no disrespect either to the Government, to the minister, to professionals,  or to you personally...

In making clear the point I wish to convey, I think it is important or vital to realise the fact that the word is not the thing it points to, the significance is in the thing itself than the word that names the thing. The entity “society” is a non-existent thing, it is an abstraction of the relationship between me, you and them, that the abstraction society has no power or whatsoever of its own to reform the actual individual, but the actual individual can and has the actual power to reform the abstraction called society through effecting reform on the relationship level with others, therefore effecting actual reform on the entity called society. Not the other way round, society cannot reform an individual.

So in this letter I am going to concern myself with only the individual, the actuality, the “what is”. Not with ideas, theories and ideals that has no actual life. Honourable Minister, the root meaning of the word “EDUCATION” or signification means to draw-out ( awakening the creative capacity to perceive), making an individual a light unto oneself, where emphasis is on how to get information and how to judge it, where the development of an individual potential is of primary importance to both skills and profession. Skills and profession are not unnecessary. Actuality and its challenges of the future are unpredictable with certainty that they will continue to be unpredictable, that the individual will need to take control of their own lives, and that success will involve the capacity to respond with immediacy direct to the actual and its challenges. The perception of what is.
