Respected sir,
With due respect I would like to draw ur kind attention into this matter that I Mr xyz wrote this letter to inform u that the our surrounding is flooded with the unwanted stuff.
Sir , the area nearby me is messed . people just throw their garbage anywhr nd nt in d dustbin due to which v people r unable to pass from there . due to Ovr garbage around d place ,may leads to come in contact with the diseases. It stinks so badly that we cnt evn breath , mosquitoes r like hell thy bites us so much .
I hope u would be kind enough to look into this matter ND take corrective steps as soon as possible . Need ur valuable services as nd whenever required.
