Explanation:

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have not been receivieng my letters and parcels on time. Even the letters from Pune and Vadodara are being received after seven or eight days. When I spoke to the postman concerned, his reply was not satisfactory.

I shall feel obliged if you will kindly check the reason for this delay and take necessary measures to rectify the mistake.
