This is here to inform you that I have shifted my adress as follows but it still lies in your postal area.
I have been constantly receiving important documents from my Institution through Post services. But my senders are writing letter to the old address where I am not living now. Therefore many important documents have not reach me yet.
Kindly check that letters and resend to me. Please hereby inform my Institution to send me documents to my new address.
