Revered Madam,
On behalf of all the students of our school I have a humble request to you. Christmas is incomplete without celebration. If you could grant permission for the organization of a Christmas fest we shall remain forever grateful to you.
We can put up some cake stalls where we shall serve home baked cakes and cookies. There will be stalls for donating new clothes to the children less privileged than us.
A toy stall can be installed where all students will contribute one of their toys in good condition for the orphans. One of us who is a little hefty can disguise as Santa Claus who then can be requested to do his round of philanthropy.
There can be some games. A Christmas tree and a manger can be nicely decorated by us and set at the corner to give the Christmas feel. Our School Choir can sing Christmas Carols.
We will do all the arrangements and also the cleaning up after the fest. Kindly grant us the permission. Awaiting anxiously for your reply.
