I hope this letter finds you healthy, happy, and chasing your dreams. I am writing to you as you had asked me to give you a few tips to stay healthy. Well, health is the greatest treasure. Maintaining it is our prime responsibility. If anyone wants to extract the best out of life, it is possible only through by being healthy.
Health can be maintained by following a strict diet and exercise regime. You should eat such a diet as gives you all the vital nutrients. For that you should eat all the seasonal vegetables, fruits, dairy products, nuts, etc. Physical exercise is a must in order to stay healthy and fit. You must follow a physical fitness schedule regularly. Nothing is better than sports. You can join any sport for physical fitness.
Last but not the least, do meditate and yoga for optimal health benefits of mind, body, and soul. If you follow my tips, you will enjoy everything in life. I hope you will follow my tips. That’s all for now. Parnam to uncle and aunt.
