With respect to the subject cited above, I, xyz, a resident ABC village, would like to draw your attention towards the condition of the public parks of our village. I have returned from the city a few days back and was disheartened to see some unwelcoming changes in the villages.
It has been observed that all the three parks in our village are littered. Also, there is no one take care of the plants in the parks, as a result of which the plants are dying. Earlier, i.e., a few months back, all the parks used to be clean and green. Not a single waste material was found inside the park and a variety of flowers were blooming. Every morning, it was a bliss to walk barefoot on the wet grass and hear the merry chirps of the birds. But, nowadays, after I have returned from the city, the whole scenario has changed. All the parks are filled with waste products of all kinds. Instead of the green grass and colourful flowers, plastic bottles and wrappers are seen in the parks. Since the trees are in pathetic condition, you cannot hear any birds singing. This is really a very disappointing thing to happen. If this continues to happen, then the villagers will have to dwell in an unhygienic environment, which will have adverse affects on their health.
