Respected Sir/Madam,

As the new academic year is started, our school will like to place an order of below given sports items from your sports company. The quantities are written in the brackets.

• Badminton Rackets (20 pairs)
• Basketballs (15)
• Cricket Bats (10)
• Footballs (15)
• Skipping ropes (17)
• Racing Hurdles (10)

The delivery of the items should be before 7th April,2019. If the items are not delivered on time, school will consider the oreder as canceled.

Please mail or letter the school with the total cost of the items. Money would be paid on the spot when the school recieves the order. Any damage to the items during the transportation is not the concern of the school. School will not accept damaged product.
