Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention towards the need of a good and modified transport facilities. Transport facilities in my locality is not as good as it should be. People of my area are facing a big problem because of the lack of transport facilities, we are unable to transport our things. Old transport facilities should be modified now, they are are getting unable to do our work on time. We are facing many losses because of the same.

Please help us by preventing this lack transport facilities. In fact, they should be increased and more effective in comparison to the present ones.

Hoping a good and instant action against this serious problem.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Abhay kumar,

Yours faithfully.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing this letter on the behalf of the residents of the village Gyanpur to draw your attention to the deplorable state of public services in the area.

The transport facility is non existent. The old road which was constructed many years back has been washed away in places by the rains and there are now large potholes in it. Even the bridge over the Chocolate river has now been rendered unsafe for the use of heavy vehicles. We find ourselves virtually cut off from the outside world. In emergencies life can be endangered.Trucks cannot reach to the village due to the poor condition of the bridge,so all the produce from our fields have to be carried on bullock carts and dumped in the next village to be carried from there to the grain market for sale. This is a great waste of time and labour.

The elders of the village would very much like to meet you as well as any other councillors who could spare their valuable time to visit us.They would be pleased if you could give us a date in the near future when you could visit them to discuss these pressing problems.

Yours faithfully,

Aditya Chauhan.
