Dear Sir,

          Hope this letter finds you well. I am XYZ and I am writing this letter to bring your attention to current laws on the use of groundwater. There is a necessity to change the current laws on the use of groundwater. The groundwater is what most of the communities depend on and nowadays many people are digging borehole to have groundwater but we learned the groundwater in our locality is decreasing. Many people are digging the borehole beyond the limits. I therefore suggest that laws should be passing to normalize the conservative groundwater. I’ll be grateful if my suggestion is deeply considered.
