I ordered food using your App Zomato-Restaurant Finder and Food Delivery on May 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The food served was cold and soggy. If your company has not found solutions to such problems, you should not advertise your company and services so much. I strongly feel your company should have anticipated such types of problems. My entire money was wasted and I really had to cut a sorry figure in front of the relatives. I appeal to you to look into such kinds of problems. The time period between the food cooked and delivered should be reduced; and freshness should be maintained by delivering the food ordered from the nearest restaurant. I hope you will look into the problem and do something in this regard.

I am very much disappointed with the last delivery of the ordered food from your side. The food was completely cold and not fresh at the same time. I use your application to get the facility of getting food at my home but it should be fresh.
