I _____ (name of the person) from ____( name of the institution/department) is writing you this letter to bring your attention towards the delayed payments that the people of our department have been receiving since past 4 months.
We all work hard and give our best, this has been said by the top level employees of this organization. We were promised bonus on our hard work which we didn’t receive. On top of that, our salary too is kept pending till the 10th or at times 15th of the next month. This hinders a lot at our personal level.
I hope you take the matter into your hands and look into it. It is a cause of concern for all the 30 employees of my department. We at least want to receive our salary on time.
