Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Wecool music system, model number- Cool Bass 2001 with bill number-35567 on 2nd January, 2021 from your store in Nehru Market, New Delhi. But after a week the music system stopped working suddenly. As the product was under warranty, I wish to claim the warranty and get the product replaced as soon as possible. Also this is a topic of grief because such discrepancies were not accepted from a company like yours.
Please look into the matter. The copy of the receipt is attached with this letter for your reference.
