Dear Commissioner,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing this letter on the behalf of my society and area people. The purpose of writing this letter is to inform you about the increasing number of theft in our area.

Due to power supply shortage the people of this are not safe at the hands of thefts. People can not walk safely due to increasing number of snatching cases.

I hope you will take notice of the movement of criminal elements in my locality.
