Dear Dr Jones,
I am writing to thank you for the wonderful treatment my mother received during her stay in Red Cross Hospital. My mother had a car accident last week and had to be admitted to the emergency ward. Unfortunately, I was out of town during that week and I on my return I was shocked to learn that she was in hospital.
To my surprise I found my mother in good spirit when I rushed to see here. Not only had all her injuries been treated but your staff had done a great job making her feel comfortable. She had been given some books and favorite magazine. Also, somebody had taken care of bringing her dog to an animal shelter temporarily.
I am very grateful for the professional and personal service she received during her stay and she is already feeling much better. Please give my regards and thanks to your team
