I would like to inform you that I am a native to Viraj khand. We all know that the COVID 19 pandemic is becoming worse by the day. We are the ones who are responsible for it. We aren't using proper precautionary measures to avoid this. Despite the fact that the area has been placed under lockdown, people continue to wander around, increasing the risk of the disease spreading. As a decent citizen of the nation, I would like to advise some precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Infection through this letter. The first and most important step is to use the mask and sanitizer correctly. When going out for an emergency, people should use adequate masks and always sanities their hands before their bodies. With open hands, people should avoid touching their noses, mouths, and eyes. Everyone should avoid unnecessary travel that puts their health at risk. Instead, they must simply stay at home with their families. We should all stay away from those who are currently suffering from or have previously suffered from this disease. They must properly wash the vegetables in lukewarm water and sanities the items that can be sanitized if they are brought in from outside.
Now, I would to highlight some points about the symptoms. Cough, fever, irritability, vomiting, and other symptoms are among the first signs of this disease. When we have a fever for more than two days and the temperature of our bodies does not reduce, we should see a doctor for suitable guidance.
There is a need for a good supply of medicine for fever and cough in every community so that people can recover in their own personal quarantine areas.
Please take effective actions to ensure that people are safe from this disease. The more people who feel safe, the more affluent a country becomes.
