Sub. : Protection from Dengue Fever
Sir,
Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I want to make the public a Ware for keeping themselves saved from the spread of Dengue fever.
All know that it is a dangerous disease and can take to the last breath. This is a disease spread by the mosquitoes. In order to save ourselves from this infectious disease, we can adopt the following precautionary measures
1. We should not allow the water to stagnate near our surroundings.
2. Coolers should be kept clean and the water should be changed once a week
3.DDT and other insecticides should be sprayed in the house
4.While in bed we should keep our body fully clothed. It
5. At night use of insect repellents and mosquito nets can be of great help to us.
6. At the slightest fever, we must contact the doctor.
