Dear Sir/Madam,
Through the columns of your reputed newspaper, I would like to express my concern for the neatness of the park in our area.
Before a year or two, the officials belonging to the area had provided us with a beautiful public park. It was utilized by the both the kids and adults of all ages. The kids played there whenever they had time. But for the past 4-5 months, the park has been unused. Initially the maintenance of the park was excellent but now it has become worse. There is no regular cleaning in the park and due to that everybody had stopped using it. It was the only park provided in the area. Nowadays I don't find any kids playing in the park. Everybody are sitting in their couches to watch the television shows. There is no physical activity by the kids which will help in keeping them healthy. Physical activities like playing are very essential for kids in keeping them healthy and stress free. It helps them relieve the stress for their studies and also to develop a positive sportsmanship quality. As the park is becoming unhygienic and unprotected, the use of many passerby strangers is increasing which is not safe for the children. As a responsible citizen, it is our duty to solve these problems and help the kids to live their healthy life.
I hope this letter would rise the hibernating responsible citizens in doing their duty and bring a change in the situation. So, I would please request you to publish this in your esteemed newspaper and coordinate to help us.
