Subject - Problem of water scarcity.

Sir,

Through the thought provoking columns of your estimable newspaper, I would like to bring the kind notice of the concerned authority towards the surging issue of water scarcity in our locality.

We all know very well that how important resource water is for us in our day to day life. But unfortunately, people here in our locality are facing acute water shortage. The pipe line water connection is stopped now. From two days there's no water connection in our locality. It caused a lot of inconvenience to the residents.

Even after complaint in Delhi Jal Board, no action has taken. The concerned authority must solve the problem asap. At least 12 hours pipeline water connection per day should be provided. If water connection is to be prevented then a day before public notice should be issued.

I hope you would give an adequate space to my letter in your widely circulated newspaper so as to make general public and concerned authority aware on the same.

Sub: Scarcity of water in my locality

Respected ma'am,

I am Karuna, resident of A-20, Sector 4, Ranchi. I am writing a letter after concerned steps by writing letter to Corporation, no action has been taken.

So, as the summers are approaching, we always face water scarcity, but this year we are facing it, too early. We cannot get water everytime and need to save it, although we try it every year, the Corporation hasn't responded about the same yet. I think, separate water systems should be set up, so that when water comes, extra storage tanks can give us water. And, river water should be filtered if a distillation factory is set up.

I hope my letter will be posted in esteemed columns so that sleeping authorities can help us doing so.
