Sub : Noisance of the use of loudspeakers.

Sir,

Through the column of your esteemed newspaper I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authority on the noisance of the use of loudspeakers in our locality.

All the cinema houses use loudspeakers for publicity of their movie. People use loudspeakers in any kind of programmes. They put the loudspeakers on high pitch and force songs on the ears of the passers - by even the people sitting on their houses are disturbed. As it may harm the ear drums and may make us deaf for rest of the life.

As a student we are also facing many problems. Our exams are near but now it is not possible to study in such loud situation. People play music till late night so we are not able to sleep properly and it is causing insommia, a major health hazard.

In this connection we compained to the local authorities but in vain. Looking forward for an early action.
