Dear Madam/Sir,
through the column of your prestigious newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of local authorities concerning drainage clogging in Rohit Nagar.
yesterday only I witnessed a young boy skidding due to water clogging.
the drainage system of our locality is very poor. plastics and garbage get into the drains result in clogging. this creates a great problem for the residents, especially after every heavy rain. it is difficult to walk on the road and sometimes water also seep into the houses.
despite many complaints to local authority there seems no action taken by them to resolve the problem. I request the local authorities to kindly take a note of the situation and rectify it soon.
