Respected Sir/ Madam,

Subject : Problem of the encroachment on the roads

I am __________, Resident of_____. Recently the Clubs Council has encroached or taken away some of our Society's Roads where generally people go for morning walk and children play.

The Society Association has shown all the papers saying that the roads are private property of the Society, but the Council is saying that the roads are required for public good.

We have approached the Municipal Corporation and SHO for filing a complaint but no strict action is being taken by the club. Through your esteemed coloumns We all need to wake the sleeping authorities and take strict action against the Club Council. Thanking you,

Yours Truthfully,

_________.
