Sir,

Subject:- Mute loudspeakers in the examination days.

Most humble and respectfully I (Your name) want to say that our class ten boards are knocking at the door and we are having our 'Madyamik' exams so I request the district collector to mute the speaker for the examination days and then again resume after this exams are over.

It is really disturbing and distracting for us to concentrate on our studies.

I hope you will listen to this letter and wish us luck for our exams.

Please to look after this matter as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,

(Your name).

The Editor in Chief,

Subject: The nuisance caused by PA Systems (loudspeakers).

Sir,

Through your esteemed newspaper I would like to express my displeasure on the nuisance and public disturbance caused by PA System (loudspeakers).

The government has issued orders banning the use of loudspeakers (PA System) in public without obtaining prior permission. However many individuals and groups are still ignoring rules and misusing PA Systems.

Many restaurants, cafes and night clubs are using loudspeakers at full volume. This misuse of loudspeakers, especially at night, causes much disturbance to the students who are studying for their exams. It is very difficult for them to concentrate on their lessons when loudspeakers are being used at every corner. The use of loudspeakers in temples is another public nuisance.

Further, we also need to think about the sick people at home or admitted in hospitals who need rest and sleep.

The law enforcement agencies must prevent the unauthorised use of loudspeakers and causing public disturbance. It is one of the causes of noise pollution too. I therefore earnestly request the authorities to take appropriate action and book anyone misusing loudspeakers.

Yours sincerely,
