I'm the resident of Bagha, Begusarai. On the streets of our locality the street light are not funtioning well as there in few days more than 20 road accidents happedned due to the bad maintinance of the street lights. Peoples are not feel safe at night on this road due to this harsh condition and continuously that type of cases are increasing,
