The Inspector of Police,

Model Town Police Station,

Ludhiana.

Sir,

I beg to report that a case of theft took place in my house last night. When the theft has committed the inmates of the house had gone to a relative in the chowk. The front door was locked. Next morning we returned from the marriage and found to our amazement that the house was in great disorder. Everything is here and there. They also broke the locks of the room and the thieves had completely ransacked the house. They did not touch the lock of the front door.

It seems that the thieves entered the house from the adjoining roof. Nobody lives in that house. I have suffered a great loss in this theft. Ornaments worth one lakh rupees, clothes, and utensils have been stolen.

I shall be highly obliged to you if you kindly take immediate steps to trace out the culprits.

Thanks,

Yours faithfully,

Raman Jain.

Subject- Regarding the problem of robbery in the neighborhood.

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

I would like to draw your attention to the problem of burglary in the community.

Yesterday, on the 4th of May, many bandits arrived and robbed our neighbor's vehicle. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, highwaymen have got a great opportunity for robbing. These thieves first cracked the window of the neighbors and then robbed all the CD players and everything that was present in the car and managed to run away.

I hope you do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.
