This is to inform you that I am a permanent resident of Ashok Nagar of Kolkata city and I can confirm that the NewHeights waterpark situated in this area is really very badly maintained.
The water here is contaminated and it also gives a foul smell. It is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects which may spread serious health hazard. The rides and other water activities here are also not in good condition.
