Respected Sir,

Subject : Need to combat the increasing stress faced by

students.

               I wish

to bring to your notice the fact that students are facing a lot of stress nowadays.

A look at their huge school bags itself gives us an idea of their burden. At

their age learning should be a joy and not a burden. Their inquisitive minds

should be enriched by education.

               Education

should help them to express their latent talents. But nowadays the curriculum

is such that bookish knowledge is given more importance. Students are burdened

with homework and do not get any time to develop other skills. Sports are

neglected. Even during holidays they are expected to do a large amount of holiday

homework.

               Examinations

are considered to be very important. The huge syllabus to be learnt for the

examinations is a nightmare for students.

               The

system of education should be reformed and equal importance should be given to

classwork and homework. Examinations should not be the only criteria of

assessment. Practical work and other activities should be given due importance.

There should be a Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation of their performance.

               I will

be very grateful, if you could promote awareness about these problems and work

for the implementation of suitable measures to get rid of them.

Subject:  High amount of fees and its remedy ​

Respected sir/ ma'am,

Through the column of your esteemed daily, I want to draw your attention

high amount of fees which school takes from students.

we are not able to study in good school because their fee is too much.

I belong to poor family and my freind too. we go government school but we do not get good education of them.

It is my earnest request to the editor of this newspaper to help us to reach this matter to make their fee less so that we poor student can afford that fee.

Hope my letter of pleading will find a place in your newspaper and will stir up the concerned authority.
