This had now become a common thing for the responsible authorities to act like they they wish to do. The people of our locality have been suffering from many inconveniences because of the frequent breakdown of water supply. People have to wait for the supply for their different purposes like cooking , bathing , washing , etc. Therefore , I request you to mention this issue in your daily & let the responsible municipal authorities open their eyes & take prompt & protonic steps regarding this.

Sub: Issue regarding irregular water supply
Through the columns of your prestigious daily, I would like to draw the attention of the authorities towards the issue of frequent water breakdowns in our locality. Official apathy is to be blamed. Even though we have registered a number of complaints in the department, no action is taken yet.
The residents have submitted several complaints but till date nothing has been done. The drainage system is in a very bad condition and no repairs have taken place since two years and it is very awful and pitiable.
Therefore, I would request the authorities and government departments to solve this issue. If this problem will be solved, then we can call ourselves as a world class locality.
