Sub - Complaining about uneven the use of loudspeaker
Dear Sir,
I am the resident of Shahibaug society. In my locality people often use loudspeaker for functions. It creates many problems. Students are not able to concentrate on their studies. Noise pollution is such a common problem we always heard. It causes hearing problems in senior citizens.
Many times complain is done but no one take it seriously. I want you to take this matter seriously and publish this letter.
