Through this letter , I want to draw my deep concerns & anguish about the problem of stray animals in our city. This problem has been growing day by day in our city with a rapid speed in its number making the passing by people to fear & to stop using the way. Sometimes , the case of their bites are also being heard nowadays. They had taken a dark role in the heart of people to be afraid passing by. This is a very serious issue. Therefore , I request you to mention this problem in your daily to let the responsible authorities open their eyes & to take prompt steps regarding it.
