Sir,
Through the thought inciting columns of your widely circulated newspaper, I'd like to express my views on the surging issue of excessive use of mobile and Internet by students.
In today's modern society, we can the small children using Internet on their personal mobile phones. Even the parents of these children are least bothered for the same. Nowadays, use of mobile phones in addition with Internet is increasing among students.
It is valid point that students get help in their studies by Internet and mobile phones but only if they're used gently. Students, instead of studies, do every thing on mobile phones. They're using social media excessively. And it isn't wrong to say that mobile phones and Internet have become fairly a biggest source of distraction and addiction among students.
To curb the problem, parents must be wary of their responsibilities. Like they shouldn't provide personal mobile phones to their children. Parents should have a strict watch of children's behaviour. Most probably reference for studies should be taken from books, teachers or other written sources.
It is hoped that you would surely give an adequate space to my letter in your estimable newspaper so as to make general public aware on the same.

Respected Sir ,
Newspapers being the cheapest and most common mode of mass communication , I Gungun , a resident of Kali Path Marg locality wish to use its full potential in creating awareness among the masses regarding the increasing use of mobile phones and internet.
Now-a-days, students are being addicted to mobile phones and internet, which is not good for their mental as well as physical health.
It can be useful but in the certain cases that the studies are using it in a positive manner. What impact will it have on the families whose young children are risking their lives to this addiction !
Above mentioned are the views of a laymen whose only purpose in writing this letter is to gear the concerned authorities into action. I hope my letter finds some space in the columns of your esteemed newspaper to bring this awareness .
