Subject: Measures to be taken for a safe Delhi
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to focus on the topic of creating a safe Delhi. Being a citizen of a vast country I've always thought about the well being of the people living n the capital city of India.
As you are well aware that Delhi is not one of the safest places in the county. While the kidnapping and crime rates are one the highest the environmental issues do not lag behind. We need to make sure that the capital city of such an enormous country should be the safe and sound place for the residents.
The Government of Delhi should take up quick much-needed actions to control the crime as well as the pollution rate. Laws should be made which banns people in vandalizing public property and those which help the ones in need. Safety for women is one of the least bothered topics in the capital. The Topic of safety measures for women must be taken care in Delhi.
I hope this matter will be bought into notice and an article regarding this problem will be published in your newspaper.
