Subject: Broken drainage system and unsanitary conditions.
Respected Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I wish to highlight the deplorable sanitary conditions of the Ganeshguri locality.
First, the drainage system is almost non-existent due to neglect. The dirty and smelly waters flow freely into the road. Secondly, the residents are also facing much hardships due to the heaps of garbage piled up on the road sides.
The Municipal Corporation should take action in repairing the drainage system. It must also despatch garbage disposal trucks regularly to dispose off the garbage on a daily basis.
Since the unsanitary conditions health hazards with the potential to spread different diseases, I earnestly request to municipality to address the repairing of the drainage system and disposal of garbage at the earliest.
