Recently I have come across a considerable number of cases where people are misguided over the food they buy from the market. The common people easily believe the portrayed characteristics of the product without cross-checking them.
Most of the consumers either believe the advertisement blindly or they don't have enough knowledge. This leads to taking food which is unsuitable as per their health conditions.
This is an important issue that should be acknowledged and taken care of. People should be encouraged to always check the ingredient list. Along with that, people should know what they should check and they should also be aware of how to interpret the list as per their health.
