    Hope this letter finds you well. I am X, a resident of Y. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the noise pollution in our locality. Day by day, it is becoming a major issue. Noise pollution affects both behavior and health. Unsolicited sound (noise) can harm physiological health. Noise pollution can reason hypertension, high stress levels, tinnitus, hearing loss, sleep disturbances, and other harmful and worrying effects. The government must have to take steps to resolve the issue.
