Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope that this letter finds you in the best of your health and I hope you are doing well in these times.
I write to you to let you know how much our neighbourhood appreciates the work that the Archaeological Society of India has done by preserving the historical site in the neighbourhood. Our head was very concerned about there being talks that it is no longer going to remain a historical site. As the Vice - Head, my job is to let the head know about what is happening around the area. When he asked me to tell what was happening, i didn't know how to tell him the sad news, but i just went on and told him straight - forward. He almost had a heart attack, i could see the look on his now pale white face as he looked at me in horror and worried to loose it as it was the pride of the nation and also of the area.
You must let our appreciation reach to the entire country letting them know what a wonderful job the Archaeological society have done. I hope to hear from you soon.
