Sub: Complain about irregular supply of water.
                       I am Happy Singh from Punjab. For the past few weeks, there has been an irregular supply of water. People are suffering a lot and children are not able to go to school. People don't have water to drink, wash, cook,etc.,.  We are not able to lead a normal life. Also people around waste water like anything. Which in ahead future it will lead to disaster. Hence, I kindly bring to your notice of the problem to be published in the newspaper.
