Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to express my views on the present online teaching system adopted by schools due to the current pandemic situation.
Students are taught online using different applications. They are not getting the school environment and are not able to study at the same pace. Some students are feeling burdened because they are not able to understand the concept. They are provided with assignments, notes, and tests. Some are solving them using different sites and some are copying from their friends. It is not enhancing their knowledge.
Parents should be made invigilators while their wards are giving tests. Use of cameras during the class should be mandatory, so the teachers can keep a watch on the pupils.
I hope my letter will get due space in your reputed newspaper and the masses would be aware about certain issues.
