Sub :- Bad condition of hospital of my locality

Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the attention of the Health Department, Government of (Name of your state) to the bad condition of hospital of my locality.
This is a town with a very large population which is always on the increase. But, unfortunately, the facilities in the Hospital are vanishing day by day. Firstly, the building in itself is inadequate, very old and dilapidated. The family ward, especially, is in a poor condition.
Secondly, those at the helm of affairs are negligent and indifferent to the public. They generally treat the people as if they are animals. Only those who are influential or who can offer some ‘tip’ are entertained. Then the conditions are very unhygienic: cleanliness is not maintained. The staff lacks the sense of duty.
So,I request the Director of Health or, some other responsible official to pay a surprise visit to this hospital and see for himself the state of affairs. When the contents of this letter are verified it may be hoped that the helpless people of this town will get deliverance from these difficulties.
Thanking you.

Subject: Poor Condition of the Government Hospital

Respected Sir, I am Ram Mukherjee, a resident of Sector 3, East Delhi, New Delhi. This letter comes to you to throw light on the poor conditions of the government hospital in Sector 3, East New Delhi. On the premises, there has been a lack of maintenance, and the floors are particularly dusty. The wards are also humid, filthy, and unsanitary. A few cases have been documented in which patients contracted infection after leaving the hospital. I attempted to discuss this issue with the municipal corporation, but no action was made. As a result, I am requesting that the Director of Health or another relevant authority pay a surprise visit to this hospital to assess the situation. When the contents of this letter are confirmed, it is hoped that the hapless inhabitants of this community will be freed from their problems.

Thanking You,

Yours faithfully,

Ram Mukherjee
