Respected Sir/Madam,
Through the esteemed column of your newspaper I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards the problem of loud speakers and noise during the elections in our locality.
Many students are not able to study with a proper concentration and teachers are as well not able to teach properly during their subject periods. The use of loudspeakers for campaigns disturb everyone living there , thus no one is able to do their work.
The use of loudspeakers should be banned near schools, hospitals, colleges, institutions, airports etc. so that no one gets disturbed by the noise.
I hope that the concerned authorities will take necessary action towards the problem of loudspeakers and noise during the elections and redress our grievance.
Thanking you !!
Yours obediently

Subject; Regarding the problem of loudspeakers & noise during the elections.
Dear sir:
Through the column of your esteemed daily, I want to draw my deep concerns & anguish over the problems caused by loudspeakers & the noise during the elections.
Elections are a way through in which every representative thinks of fascinating the public in their words for their vote. For this, they use big loudspeakers & disc jockey which leads to many inconveniences to the people around. Especially, those working in nearby offices, students in school & the hospitals face a lot of problems due to these.
Representatives should roadshow by keeping the inconveniences to be faced by people in their motion in mind. The administration should not allow these people using such irritating & noise polluting resources for gaining attention. There is a great saying, action speaks louder than words.
Hence even if these people want votes, they should try focussing on working for the society instead of making promises on which they aren't gonna focus in future. Hoping that my words will be looked upon the earliest by the responsible authorities.
