Respected sir,

I want to bring this issue of availability of books in our district library. There are a lot of important books that are not available in district library and some books are the ones that we normally need to consult daily or monthly.

Please try to bring these books are it is causing a lot of break-ins our researches and studies.

I hope you understand my concern and consider my request.

Sub: Requesting the concerned authority to avail enough books

Sir,

I am Manoj Bose, a daily reader of your newspaper. In this letter, I am going to highlight the book availability.

In our district library, we have less number of books. Being an English honours student, I go to the library on a daily basis. I cannot find any reference book there. I also noticed a limited number of books on novel and poetry. There is no book on general knowledge. I would request the  concerned authority to avail enough books in your district Library.

I would be obliged if my writing gets space in your esteemed daily.

Yours faithfully,

Manoj Bose
