As we all know, the exam season is coming up soon and students are preparing hard. Everyone is aiming to get good marks. We all focus on what we get in the tests but have we ever seen it from the point of view of the students?
Students are going through lots of pressure, stress and anxiety right now. Mugging up so much contents from books causes nauseousness and low pressure. Students are pressurized so much that they have claustrophobia and fear failure. Through this letter, I would like to convey my message to all students that we should take it easy. Drink lots of water and be on a healthy diet. Do not overwork yourself. Divide your syllabus into small chunks and then learn. It is also very important to not stay at home all day. Get out and get some sunshine and breathe in the fresh air. And this is also to all the parents out there. Encourage your child and do not pressure them to get good marks. Encouraging them will help them score better than pressurizing them.
I really hope you will put out this message in your newspaper so that people are aware of the toll and stress taken on by students.
